These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Voriel website, platform, and services. By using Voriel, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. About Voriel

Voriel is a technology, advertising, and lead-generation platform that connects users with independent third-party contractors (“Service Providers”). Voriel does not perform home services, does not employ contractors, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any services.

2. No Professional Services

Voriel is not a contractor, service provider, home improvement company, repair service, or cleaning provider. All services are performed exclusively by independent Service Providers, who operate on their own behalf.

3. No Screening or Verification

Voriel does not screen, background-check, license-verify, insurance-verify, endorse, or recommend any Service Provider. Any information displayed on the platform is provided directly by Service Providers and may not be verified.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Voriel, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• verifying licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any Service Provider;
• confirming pricing, scheduling, safety, and project details;
• complying with local regulations, permits, and safety requirements;
• evaluating the suitability and reliability of any Service Provider.

Voriel does not control and is not responsible for interactions, agreements, or disputes between users and Service Providers.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voriel provides its platform “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• warranties of quality, reliability, performance, or results;
• warranties regarding accuracy or completeness of Service Provider information;
• warranties that any Service Provider is qualified, licensed, insured, or safe;
• warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Voriel is not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, misconduct, theft, negligence, defective work, unlicensed activity, property damage, personal injury, or legal disputes arising from interactions with Service Providers.

All claims relating to services must be directed solely to the Service Provider.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voriel and its owners, operators, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• your use of the platform,
• services performed or not performed by Service Providers,
• your interactions or agreements with Service Providers,
• your failure to verify licensing, insurance, or qualifications.

8. Communications Consent

By submitting a request through Voriel, you agree that independent Service Providers may contact you by phone, SMS, or email regarding your request. Standard carrier rates may apply.

9. Privacy

Your use of Voriel is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Voriel for:

• fraudulent or unlawful purposes,
• submitting false or misleading information,
• attempting to scrape, hack, or disrupt the platform,
• interfering with Service Providers or other users.

11. Changes to Terms

Voriel may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
